1. The service
Vigil designs, builds and monitors AI agents for your business under a written statement of work.
2. Ownership
You own your agents’ job descriptions, playbooks, outputs and logs. We own the Vigil platform and tooling.
3. Fees
Builds are fixed-price and invoiced on milestones. Monitoring is billed monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
4. Liability
Agents act within the limits you approve. Our liability is capped at the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
