1. Who we are

Vigil Labs Inc. (“Vigil”, “we”) designs, deploys and monitors AI agents for businesses. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site, book an audit or use the Vigil Console.

2. What we collect

Contact details you give us, usage data from the Console, and the business data your agents process on your behalf. We act as a processor for the latter — you stay the controller.

3. How agents use data

Agents only access the tools and records named in their job description. Every read and write is logged, time-stamped and visible to you in the audit log.

4. Model training

We never use your data to train foundation models. Full stop. Model providers are contractually bound to zero data retention.

5. Sub-processors

A current list of sub-processors, their locations and purposes is published on our Security page and updated 30 days before any change.

6. Retention

Audit logs are kept for the life of your contract plus 90 days, then deleted. You can export them at any time.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@vigil.ai.
