1. Roles
You are the controller of the business data your agents process. Vigil acts as processor and only on your documented instructions.
2. Security measures
Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, full audit logging and annual third-party penetration tests.
3. Sub-processors
We notify you 30 days before adding or replacing any sub-processor, and you may object.
